1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not working as intended on arrival.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is unused, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.

Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

2. Replacement Policy

We currently offer replacement only — no cash refunds.

A replacement will be arranged when:

  • The returned item is inspected and approved by our team.
  • The same product or a similar product of equal value is available in stock.
    If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange the next best option.

3. Return Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.

amsquare3d.in is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  2. Mention your order number, issue, and share photos/videos of the defect or damage.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return instructions.

5. Conditions Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, drops, or power issues.
  • Packaging, accessories, or serial numbers are missing.
  • The product is used or has visible wear and tear.
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
